Ruhiya

Ruhiya is an experienced sound healing practitioner with nearly 10 years experience guiding individuals and groups into deeply healing states through the resonance of sound. She qualified as a sound healing practitioner with Simon Heather at the College of Sound Healing UK in 2017. Her spiritual training includes being raised on the Quaker mystic path, and in 2024 she graduated from Suluk Sufi academy with Pir Zia Inayat Khan. Her cosmology of sound is deeply influenced by the teachings of Sufi musician Hazrat Inayat Khan and the Mysticism of Sound and Music. Ruhiya’s sound journeys include the voice, Celtic harp, tuning forks, Indian Tanpura, chimes and percussion, leading you into deeper modes of rest where healing can take place, through guided meditation, visualisation and sound. Ruhiya weaves sound frequency transmission with silence and prayer, calling in Divine Love and Light for healing.
